As you would expect with Josephine’s, our Gift Vouchers aren’t just cheap old paper tickets, they are something to treasure in themselves. Presented on quality card and ready for you to personalise and seal in a classy black envelope, receiving a Josephine’s Gift Voucher is something special.
Vouchers sent out via first class* . There is no tracking or guarantee option with first class. If they are not received then we can resend but there will be an resend fee of £5 and the old voucher will be cancelled.
*Unfortunately the post office has moved so sending via signed-for is no longer viable normally. We will only send using Signed-for between 15th and 20th of December and the postage price will be updated accordingly.
We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas or any specific date.
