You must have made an existing booking to use this service. No refunds. Scrolls are created upon receipt of order and therefore cannot be changed or cancelled once ordered.

Enhance your visit with us and order a customised message scroll to be on your table for when you arrive. These personalised messages from you to your guest can be anything you wish – from Happy Birthday to Congratulations.  You can now upload a photo and we will include that too.

You may upload 1 picture we will try to include on the scroll. This is subject to acceptable formats and compatibility with design software. We reserve the right to not include any image if in our opinion it will not fit or is deemed offensive, indecent or inappropriate.
Accepted file types: jpg, png, Max. file size: 5 MB.
We'll aim to have the scroll ready on your table for when you arrive and presented on one of our stunning ornaments. Choose which one you would like. These are NOT to keep!
If your primary choice has already been requested then please choose a backup.

Afternoon Tea and dining at Josephine's is designed to be an experience. That starts the moment you come in. The message scrolls have proven to be immensely popular, bringing tears of joy to many people and are very instagrammable.
Baby Shower? Perhaps the Giant Golden Frog with his big tummy will bring a few smiles and laughs
For couples, numbers 3,5,6,9 and 12 are good suggestions
For a child maybe 10, or mother and daughter, perhaps 11

Ornaments are not for you to keep. Damages must be paid for. 48 hours notice is required. No responsibility or liability accepted for any reason due to a failure on our part to be able to provide the service. If the service is not provided then a full refund will be given (the service being providing your table with a scroll message). You give us the right to make grammatical corrections to the scroll where identified including but not limited to style, spelling, grammer, appearance.
