We are aiming to have zero complaints, issues, niggles or anything similar. From time to time things do go wrong though and we want to understand what, where, why and when. Hospitality has quite a high turnover of staff, often young and learning about many different things in a sometimes very high pressure environment. Whilst a business might be established, it can take over a year for new staff to know everything, even for seasoned professionals.
Please remember that it’s never personal and nobody is perfect. Sometimes there’s things both sides can learn, and misunderstandings are the most frustrating and most common issue. We want you to be assured that we take all feedback seriously and review everything, as a team. Where training is required it will be given. Where processes need reviewing they will be.
