• You must be fully fluent in English for any role. We have a lot of tourists and clearly spoken English helps. As our dishes are mostly English, communication within the restaurant is important to ensure correct understanding of allergies and dietary.
• Students may be considered providing they are based in Nottingham during all holiday periods but NO FINAL YEAR STUDENTS will be considered
• A professional and positive attitude to work is required.
• A kind, helpful and caring attitude to both colleagues and customers is essential.
